Be the name Texas families see while they're checking inspection records
When a family pulls up a state inspection report, they're close to choosing a community. A Sponsored listing puts your community or senior-care service on that page, clearly labeled, right next to the Texas HHSC records they came to read. From $99 a month per metro, billed monthly with a 3-month minimum.
- 3-month minimum, then month to month
- Max 6 sponsors per metro
- Payment never touches inspection data
Thank you, you're signed up. We'll be in touch by email to set up your listing. Questions: hello@assistedlivinginspections.com.
Assisted living and memory care, from Texas Health and Human Services Commission records, rewritten in plain English. Free for families, no sign-up.
Who it's for
Assisted living and memory care communities
Especially if your record is clean, or it's better now than it was. Families are going to look you up either way. Sponsoring puts your name in front of them while they're comparing, and the record beside it speaks for itself.
Senior-care service businesses
The families reading these pages are about to need help. Sponsoring works well for:
- Home care agencies
- Placement and referral advisors
- Elder-law attorneys
- Hospice providers
- Senior move managers
Most senior-care advertising misses the moment that matters
Broad ads reach people months before they're ready, or after the decision is made. Lead services charge per inquiry or per move-in, and the same family's details often go to several providers at once.
Someone reading a facility's inspection history is somewhere else entirely. They've narrowed the list, they're about to tour, and they're doing their homework. That's when they're most open to a trusted community, an agency that can help at home, or a lawyer who can explain how to pay for care.
Here, your listing shows up at that point, on a page built around public state records. It's a flat monthly fee. There are no per-lead charges, and we never collect or sell family contact details. Families click through to you and get in touch directly.
How it works
- Pick a metro and a plan. Each metro is billed on its own, so you can start in one and add more later.
- Reserve your spot. Tell us your business name, website and metro. We'll confirm whether a founding spot is still open.
- We set up your listing. Your name, a short description in your own words, your service area and a link to your site, plus your logo on Premier. We check it before it goes up.
- It goes live, labeled Sponsored. It stays up for at least 3 months. After that it continues month to month until you cancel with 30 days' notice.
Plans, per metro, per month
Billed monthly, 3-month minimum; after that, month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. There are at most 6 sponsors per metro and up to 3 sponsors per page, so your listing never gets lost in a wall of ads. If more sponsors qualify for a page than fit, spots rotate fairly across the metro's pages, so every sponsor eligible for those pages gets the same exposure.
Spotlight
A low-cost way to test one metro.
Founding rate: $49.50/month for your first 3 months, your whole minimum term
3-month minimum, then month to month
- A labeled Sponsored card on your metro's main page
- The same card on that metro's memory care page
- Your name, a short description, your service area and a link to your site
Featured
The right fit for most communities and service businesses.
Founding rate: $99.50/month for your first 3 months, your whole minimum term
3-month minimum, then month to month
- Everything in Spotlight
- Also on the county and city pages across your metro, where families narrow the search to where they actually want to live
- A longer description
Premier
For the business that wants the first slot and the widest reach.
Founding rate: $149.50/month for your first 3 months, your whole minimum term
3-month minimum, then month to month
- Everything in Featured
- Shown first in the sponsor box, with your logo
- Service businesses also appear on facility pages in your metro, right where a family reads one community's record. Facility pages show one Premier service business at a time, rotating evenly (communities never appear there; see the rules)
Why we recommend Featured: Spotlight covers two pages in your metro. For $100 more, Featured adds the metro's county and city pages too: 85 in Dallas–Fort Worth, 67 in Houston, 29 in San Antonio, 27 in Austin and 2 in El Paso. Those are the pages people land on once they know which part of town they want.
Founding sponsors: 50% off your first 3 months, the whole minimum term
The first 3 sponsors in each metro get 50% off for their first 3 months, which covers the whole 3-month minimum. Featured, for example, is $99.50 a month instead of $199 for those 3 months. This isn't a countdown trick. Each metro has room for only 6 sponsors in total, so once a metro is full, it stays full until someone leaves.
Getting in early is the point. You pay the founding rate while the site is new, and you hold one of a small number of spots in your market.
| Metro | Licensed facilities | Memory care certified | Founding spots open | Total spots open |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Houston | 540 | 193 | 3 of 3 | 6 of 6 |
| Dallas–Fort Worth | 630 | 255 | 3 of 3 | 6 of 6 |
| San Antonio | 190 | 60 | 3 of 3 | 6 of 6 |
| Austin | 162 | 83 | 3 of 3 | 6 of 6 |
| El Paso | 31 | 8 | 3 of 3 | 6 of 6 |
Facility counts come from the Texas HHSC license roster used on this site. Open spots are counted from our current sponsor list each time the site is rebuilt.
What a Sponsored listing looks like
Sponsors appear in their own box, set apart from the list of facilities, with a clear “Sponsored” label and a “What's this?” note that explains it in one sentence. Here's an example:
Example only. Your listing links straight to your website.
The rules: why families can trust this, and why that helps you
Payment never changes inspection data or sort order. Every paid spot is labeled “Sponsored.”
Families trust these pages because nothing on them can be bought. That trust is what makes a listing here worth having, so we protect it:
- Every paid listing is labeled “Sponsored.” It sits in its own box with a “What's this?” note, and links carry
rel="sponsored". - Money never changes the records. A sponsor's citations, penalties, dates and visit history are shown exactly as they are for everyone else. Nothing is hidden, softened or delayed.
- Money never changes the order. We don't score facilities. Lists are sorted by name or by a field you can see, and sponsors don't move up. Search results aren't affected either.
- Communities never appear on facility pages. A family reading one community's record won't see a competing community's ad there.
- We can say no. We may decline or remove a sponsor, for example a facility under an active state enforcement action, or a business making claims we can't stand behind.
Questions sponsors ask
- How much traffic does the site get?
- The site is new. It went public in October 2026 and is now indexed in Google, so there isn't a traffic history to show you yet, and we won't make up numbers. That's exactly why founding pricing exists: 50% off your first 3 months while the audience builds, which covers the whole 3-month minimum. Ask us any time and we'll share the real numbers we have.
- Why sign up now instead of waiting for numbers?
- Because spots are capped. Each metro takes 6 sponsors at most, and only the first 3 get the founding rate. If you wait, the spot may be gone. If you start and it isn't working for you, you can cancel once the 3-month minimum is up, and as a founding sponsor you'll have paid the founding rate for that whole stretch.
- Is there a minimum term? Can I cancel?
- Yes, there's a 3-month minimum. You're billed monthly, not up front, and you commit to the first 3 months. After that, it's month to month: give us 30 days' notice and your listing comes down at the end of that billing period. We don't offer partial-month refunds. A listing needs a few months to show what it can do, which is why we ask for 3.
- What exactly will families see?
- A card in a box labeled “Sponsored” with your name, what you do, your service area, a short description and a link to your site (plus your logo on Premier). It's separate from the facility list, and a “What's this?” note explains that sponsors paid to be listed and that it never affects inspection data or order. See the example above.
- Where does the inspection data come from?
- From the Texas Health and Human Services Commission: the license roster and TULIP, the state's long-term care provider search. We show the facts (dates, visit types, citation counts, correction dates and penalties) in plain English, and every facility page links to the official record. Methodology and sources.
- Our community has citations on record. Can we still sponsor?
- Usually, yes. Most facilities have some citations. Your record is shown exactly as the state reports it, whether you sponsor or not. A community that has improved can let its recent history speak for itself. We may decline a facility that's under an active state enforcement action.
- What if a record about us looks wrong?
- The state record always wins. If something on our page doesn't match the official HHSC record, we correct our page to match it. Sponsors don't get a different process: we can't change or remove what the state has published, so if you think the state record itself is wrong, that has to go through HHSC.
- Could a competitor's ad show up on my facility page?
- Not another community's. Communities never appear on facility pages. Premier service businesses, such as home care agencies or elder-law firms, can appear there.
- Do you sell leads or charge referral fees?
- No. We don't collect family contact details or sell referrals. Families click through to your site and contact you directly. You pay the flat monthly price and that's it.
- What if more sponsors qualify for a page than fit?
- Each page shows up to 3 sponsors (one on facility pages). If more qualify, the spots rotate across the metro's pages so that every eligible sponsor appears on the same number of pages, give or take one. Rotation doesn't favor any tier. Among the sponsors shown on a page, Premier is listed first, then Featured, then Spotlight. The rotation changes when the site is rebuilt.
- Can I sponsor more than one metro?
- Yes. Each metro is a separate plan, billed monthly with its own 3-month minimum, and the founding rate applies in each metro where you're one of the first 3.
- How fast does my listing go up?
- Usually within two business days, once we've checked your name, link and description.
Terms, the short version
- Plans are billed monthly with a minimum term of 3 months. After the minimum term, they renew monthly until canceled with at least 30 days' notice; the listing stays up through the end of the last paid month. To cancel, email hello@assistedlivinginspections.com. If you cancel during the first 3 months, billing continues through the end of month 3 and your listing stays up until then. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- The founding rate is 50% off a plan's monthly price for the first 3 months, for the first 3 sponsors in a metro, which covers the whole minimum term. After that, the regular monthly price applies.
- You're responsible for your listing's content and must have the right to use any name or logo you give us. Listings can't make health claims, guarantee outcomes, or mention another business.
- We may edit a listing for length or clarity, and we may decline or remove one that breaks these rules. If we remove a listing for a reason other than a rules violation, we'll refund the unused part of that month.
- A listing is an ad. It isn't an endorsement by us, and it isn't connected to the State of Texas or any state agency.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.
